Is Pocketify free?

Yes. The free version has unlimited manual expense and income entries, wallets, categories, monthly and category budgets, stats, a home-screen widget and manual Google Drive backup. Premium costs US$4.99 per month or US$34.99 per year through Google Play and adds voice entries, AI typing and questions, receipt scanning and automatic backups.

Does Pocketify need my bank login?

No. Pocketify never connects to your bank. You record expenses yourself by tapping, speaking (Premium), typing naturally (Premium) or scanning a receipt (Premium).

Where is my data stored?

Your ledger is stored on your phone. There is no Pocketify cloud database. If you turn on backups, they go to your own Google Drive, and Pocketify can see only the files it creates. You can also export a backup file.

Do voice entries and receipt scanning send my data to a server?

Voice recognition and receipt text recognition run on your device.

Do I need an account?

No. A Pocketify account is optional; all core features work without signing in.

Does Pocketify show ads?

No. Pocketify has no ads. It is paid for by the optional Premium subscription.

Is Pocketify on iPhone?

Not yet. Pocketify is available for Android on Google Play. An iOS version is planned.

How do I cancel Premium?

Open Google Play, go to Payments & subscriptions, then Subscriptions, choose Pocketify and cancel. Premium stays active until the end of the period you paid for.

How do I delete my data?

Your ledger lives on your phone, so uninstalling the app or clearing its storage deletes it. Backups in your Google Drive can be deleted from Drive. The delete-account page explains how to remove an optional Pocketify account.
